Managing your subscription

Nemora currently offers new subscribers a monthly subscription. An annual subscription from an earlier Nemora version remains recognized for existing subscribers. To view or cancel yours, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot issue them ourselves, because we never handle your payment.

Restoring a purchase

New phone, or reinstalled the app? Tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. Use the same Apple Account that bought the subscription and sign in to the Nemora account linked when the purchase was made. If Nemora says the subscription is linked to another account, sign in to that account or contact us.

Signing in

Nemora currently supports Sign in with Apple and email sign-in with a six-digit code. If an email code has not arrived, check your spam folder and confirm you typed the address correctly. Codes expire; request a fresh one if yours no longer works. If an existing Nemora account was created with Google and that option is no longer available, contact us before creating another account so we can help preserve the correct account relationship.

Moving to a new device

The current journal archive and weekly portraits are stored in a protected account space on the device and new journal changes do not currently sync across devices. Signing in on a new iPhone does not by itself copy that local archive. Earlier account-backed journal records may be imported where available. Contact us before erasing an old device if you need help understanding what can be recovered.

Deleting your account

In the app: open Profile, find Account, and choose Delete account. Nemora will show you what is about to be removed before you confirm. If you used account-backed weekly portraits in an earlier version, email us after deletion to request verification and cleanup of that legacy media. See the Privacy Policy for the full list, or email us if you need help with a deletion request.

Deleting your Nemora account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it separately in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions if you do not want it to renew.

Ending a public share link

Public links belong to supported earlier journey and devotional features. Use the share-management or revoke control in that app version where available. Deleting the source journey or the Nemora account also ends its links. Public links do not expire automatically. Contact us if you need help removing one.

Something is wrong with the app

Email us with your iPhone model and iOS version and we will get on it. If a response, portrait, or narration failed to appear, mention roughly when it happened — that helps us find it.

About the Bible text

Scripture in Nemora is rendered from vetted translation data for the Bible version you select. The language model writes only response prose. When a response includes Scripture, its passage is drawn from those vetted translations. The app never displays model-written verse text; any Scripture quotation shown is verified and rendered from the selected translation data.
